I realized the other day that my little grandbaby Phoibe has never seen her parents’ faces.
Phoibe has been in the NICU at Baystate Health since she was born 12-weeks premature on March 29, and Sally and Tommy must wear a mask when they visit, to protect the little precious girlie from COVID-19.
Phoibe doesn’t know what her parents look like.
She has never seen their smiles of adoration.
I am not sure she has seen any human face. The nurses wear masks too.
This is just not right.
Another reason I can’t wait until she can come home.
